Job Description
Our client is a sizable retailer and is one of the market leaders in travel retail. This is a new position and they are looking for a strong Retail Operations Management to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall P/L and operations all stores
- Report to GM
- Oversee shops and warehouse operations to ensure smooth operations and well executed
- Work with merchandising team for the execution of action plans to improve sales performance, productivity and customer services of the frontline staff
- Evaluate and formulates operations policies and standards to improve operational efficiency
- Develop, coach, train and motivate a high performing team of Store Managers to ensure all aspects of the operating model are implemented and that sales and performance goals are met or exceeded
- Ensure proper control of company assets, inventory, and merchandise
- Identity trends, evaluate processes and recommend programs, promotions, strategies that drive sales, consumer experience and employee experience
- Work closely with merchandising team to ensure to develop pricing and promotion strategies
- Motivate and drive the sales team to perform excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 8 years retail experience with at least 4 years in retail management level; FMCG/ Retail are also welcome
- Strong business sense of retail service, passion in retail operations
- Sales-driven and able to work under pressure
- Mature, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of computer applications
- Good Command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
