Let’s work together

• Continuous review and analyst retail business performance with PRC management and CEO for strategic decision
• Review existing policies, guidelines and procedures with PRC management for management effectiveness and in line with company direction
• Initiate, develop, propose and drive the planning and execution of improvement projects
• Assist headquarter management to set reasonable targets including budgeting and forecast
• Responsible for effective cross-region communication within retail operations team, supporting departments and headquarter

We are looking for

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Management, Economics, Statistics or other retail operation related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail industry
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, passionate and determined to succeed
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Brilliant organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Base in Hong Kong with frequent travel to PRC
