Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer Care agents at www.foodpanda.hk are the face of the company, the direct link to the customer, and therefore crucial in the success of the company. As a passionate team member, you will be fully responsible for making customers happy, constantly amaze them and ensure the best ordering experience. You will encounter numerous various situations making every single day different than the previous one.

  • Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our hungry customers
  • Process order and manage relationship with hundreds of restaurants across Hong Kong
  • Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
  • Handle customers and vendors’ requests
  • Multiple various projects to improve content of the website and quality of services
  • Constantly work towards improving customer experience
  • Monitor personnel locations and utilization in order to minimize lead time from order placement to final delivery
  • Live relay orders, messages, and information to or from rider fleet
  • Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders
  • Record and maintain files and records of work performed, cash collection, and other dispatch information.
  • Advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and constantly smiling
  • Ability to take initiative, willingness to learn
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
  • Good Chinese typing skills
  • Any profile is welcome (students, young graduates, experienced call center agents) – remuneration based on experience
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as a Team Leader
  • For Full time: 6 working days per week are required (on shift basis)
  • For Part time: being able to work at least 17 hours per week. Working timeslots are below:
    • Day Shift 1 Mon – Sun/Public Holiday: 8am – 2pm 3 days per week
      Day Shift 2 Mon – Sun/Public Holiday: 10am – 3pm 3 days per week
      Night Shift  Mon – Sun/Public Holiday: 6pm – 12am 3 days per week
