Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement sales strategies to drive the sales and achieve business targets
  • Lead and supervise frontline sales team, ensure the team achieve sales target and provide excellent shopping experience to customers
  • Develop and deliver the best practice standards for the operation process, customer arrivals, security and asset protection and the management of attraction areas
  • Maintain regular audit checks in daily and monthly basis. Apply knowledge of retail point of sale system to follow up discrepancies and possible fraud issues
  • Promote and validate secure cash handling practices as well as ensure the secure management of all other payment methods
  • Manage resources and stocks for souvenir shop and photography counter in accordance with guidelines and agreed targets
  • Input and update the retail pricing and promotional discounts in the system in accordance with authorized requests
  • Lead and / or participate in meetings / projects in association with operational functions
  • Work with other departments to facilitate the delivery of high quality services; providing assistances for corporate functions or special events as and when necessary
  • If needed, act as Duty Manager on a roster basis, responsible for daily operations of attraction


Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills, mature, outgoing & guest oriented, good communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience at managerial / supervisory level in hospitality / FCMG industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good computer knowledge, i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Candidate with less experiences will consider as Assistant Retail Manager
