Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new business opportunities to achieving business goals in relation to projects of home & electrical appliances
• Liaison with developers, architects, consultants, and designers to achieving sale targets and maintain good relationships
• Prepare and present sales proposals and other sales activities
• Work closely with project partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the sales projects in an effective and efficient way
• Work closely with marketing team in implementing strategic marketing plans

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of project sales experience, preferably in building materials industry with electrical appliances products
• Good relationship with developers, architects, designers and main-contractors
• Aggressive and persistent to achieving company’s objectives
• Smart and presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
