Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be a core member to execute a full range of customer events and activities including sales promotion, DIY Workshop, customer loyalty program from beginning to end with flawless execution, through which can create an impactful launch of events
- Manage the implementation of events and activities from planning, budgeting, communication, recruiting, liaison with business partners and on-site management to post event evaluation
- Responsible for budget control, workflow and prepare relevant reports for management review
Requirements:
- University graduate in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 3 years+ in event and marketing of FMCG/F&B/makeup workshop/seminar, previous exposure in membership marketing business is advantageous
- Passionate in organizing event along with good communication and coordination skills to manage internal / external parties
- Team player who is self-motivated, creative, energetic and result-oriented
- Able to work independently and under pressure and meet tight deadlines
