Responsibilities: 

• Provide best-in-class quality service to members in order to satisfy the needs and retain loyalty
• Provide one-stop service including fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
• Handle requests promptly, accurately and professionally

Requirements:

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Efficient and polite, with clear voice, helpful tone and friendly attitude
• Customer/member service orientated with good interpersonal and listening skills
• Shift duty is required
• Minimum Form 5 graduate with pass in English, plus 0.5 year’s working experiences in service industry preferrable
  
  Fresh Graduates with diploma or above will also be considered.
