Job Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager for department operations and general administrations
• Assist Sales Manager for handling project and key account activities
• Independently handle correspondences, organization meeting and take minutes
• Complete assigned task independently and professionally within a tight schedule
• Assist in specific project management assigned by Sales Manager
• Prepare Sales Data, Weekly Sales report and Marketing material.
• Liaise with internal & external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively & independently.
  
  

Requirements:

• University Graduate or Diploma in any disciplines
• 2+ years of solid experience
• Possess character of friendliness, enthusiasm, honest and with strong common sense.
• Positive, detail-minded, well-organized and interpersonal skills, with a heart to serve
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English & Putonghua
• Excellent skill in Word/EXCEL/PowerPoint/Photoshop.
• Smart in technology and apps
• Traveling to China factory is required
• Willing to work overtime is a must
• Experience in International business is a definite advantage
