Job duties:

•  Promote and sell company’s services and HVAC products.
• Approach potential customers proactively, develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
• Give professional technical advice to customers, prepare and issue tenders and proposals.
• Influence the specifications, negotiate and/or bid and close jobs for the Company’s systems, services and products at optimum profit levels to the Company.
• Work closely with project teams on design work, testing and commissioning, site supervision and project management of HVAC, including hardware, software and trouble-shooting.
• Achieve sales targets assigned by Company and compile related sales reports.

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent,
• Minimum 1 years solid sales and / or technical experience in HVAC with good industry knowledge.
• Good spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Effective presentation, selling, negotiation and project management skills.
• Independent, initiative and resourceful with positive mindset.
• Flexible, enjoy challenges, able to work under pressure and win for success.

Fresh graduate in related discipline with good potential will also be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Engineer.
