Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach sales activities to solicit new business of lending products as well as other general banking products
• Provide quality customer services
• Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement
• Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers' and the Bank's interests

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above
• 1 year direct sales/ telesales experience, preferably in banking industry
• Basic knowledge of lending products is preferable
• Self-motivated with good sales and service orientation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates who have enthusiasm to develop his/her career in banking industry are also welcome (On-the-job and classroom training will be provided)
