Job Description
Job descriptions:
- Handle general sales supporting duties such as quotation, sales order, invoice, logistic arrangement
- Answer telephone enquiries from customer
- Provide assistance on sales forecasting
- Liaising with suppliers and logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents
- Responsible for samples handling
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments for handling sales order
- Handle general customer enquiries
- Perform support in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years working experience in trading industry and sales coordination
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Strong initiative, well organized and detail minded
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with MS Office application (such as Excel, Word, Outlook)
