ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis
• Review disbursement process and office overhead expenses
• Monitor job profit
• Performing month end closing 
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger schedules
• Report financial information to Headquarter
• Assist in preparing yearly accounting budget / audit / tax
• Participate in ad-hoc projects
  

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
• At least 4 years relevant working experience with audit experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Able to work independently and with ability to work effectively
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability
• Able to meet demanding deadlines and under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
