Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a team in business development, opportunity analyses and new initiatives of the Group
- Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, business requirements, potential and finances
- Conduct research, data and opportunity analyses on potential opportunities and interpret customer, market and competitor insights
- Coordinate with functional departments and airport authorities to prepare, edit and consolidate RFP and tendering documents
- Close new business deals by complying with requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Reinforce market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business deals opportunities or relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and carry out systematic prospecting
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling tender and RFP
- Knowledge in aviation / hospitality / property leasing is a definite advantage
- Experiences in pre-opening project management and coordination
- Strong business acumen and detail-going
- Energetic personality and strong presentation skills with an analytical mind
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing
- Excellent command of English
- Extensive travelling is required
