Job Description
Duties:
- To provide administrative and logistical support to the execution of PR and fundraising events
- To assist in the production of PR and fundraising materials including press release, appeals, print advertisements and event materials
- To liaise and coordinate fundraising activities with different corporate and individual donors
- To handle donations-related matters and fundraising programme follow up
- To provide administrative support on daily departmental operations
- To coordinate with volunteers in supporting the daily operations and fundraising activities.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with good bilingual writing skills
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) is a must
- Proficient in Chinese word-processing and Photoshop preferred
- Good telephone manner and communications skills
- Able to work independently as well as in team
Contract Period: One year contract
