Duties:

• To provide administrative and logistical support to the execution of PR and fundraising events
• To assist in the production of PR and fundraising materials including press release, appeals, print advertisements and event materials
• To liaise and coordinate fundraising activities with different corporate and individual donors
• To handle donations-related matters and fundraising programme follow up
• To provide administrative support on daily departmental operations
• To coordinate with volunteers in supporting the daily operations and fundraising activities.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with good bilingual writing skills
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) is a must
• Proficient in Chinese word-processing and Photoshop preferred
• Good telephone manner and communications skills
• Able to work independently as well as in team

Contract Period: One year contract
