Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouse, truck drivers & consignees
• Implement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential business
• Perform data entry, data updates, filing regularly
• Prepare Invoices & various reports
• Arrange Schedules for truck drivers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above , with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Candidate with experience in transportation arrangement will definite be an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as accurate typing skill
• Fluent Cantonese, good command of written & spoken English
• Good PC literacy such as Word, Excel
• Pleasant, mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, detailed mind and willing to learn
• Hardworking and able to work overtime
• Ability to cope with high volume of email communication and ensuring all inquiries are properly followed up on a timely basis
• Working Hour: 09:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri),  09:00 – 13:00 (Alternate Saturday Duty)  
• Bank Holidays
