Job Description
Job description:
- To monitor and make sure the departmental work flow is on the right track
- To prepare purchase orders, work orders, delivery notes, invoices, vouchers, reports and other shipping related documentation
- To arrange import and export shipments including tradelink declaration, survey for damaged items, etc
- To coordinate among overseas manufacturers, local customers, contractors and internal team members
- To calculate sales commission by allocating the related costs
- To be responsible for other ad hoc administrative duties like copying, filing, hotel and air ticket booking, etc
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in import and export trading field
- Well organised, hard-working, responsible, independent and attention to details
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office operations
