An excellent opportunity for any experienced Key Account Management professional with Strong FARMER skill sets basis, in Logistics Service industry to join a globally leading 3PL 

Responsibilities:

- Account Relationship Management - Account Mapping, identification of the different stakes holders (different geographies, different gepographical scope - regional/local, different roles - decision makers/influencers etc).  To devise proper account game plan to position right efforts to right people to build/reinforce solid relationship with all the stake holders of the accounts assigned

- Leader on the overall response to those RFXs received by coordinating all relevant internal stake holders e.g. tender management, products teams etc, also to work as a team discussing the approach/strategies with the different levels e.g. Regional / Global account managers and also the local / country PnL owners to ensure proper and timely feedback to customers.  And to then follow through the 'pipeline' status

- Service Integrity - working closely with internal parties to ensure good and persistent service delivery to customers according to the SLAs agreed

- Manage the regular business reviews with the accounts assigned e.g. MBR, QBR etc

Requirements:

- Manage the AR performance of the accounts assigned- Degree holder in logistics, supply chain management, business administration preferred

- Minimum 5 years relevant account management experience attained in MNC 3PLs

- Good commercial skills on top of good operational know-how is desired for this position

- Excellent product knowledge in primarily freight forwarding, to be extended to contract logistics, integrated supply chain solution etc

- Good understanding on the market, about the industrial trends of the accounts assigned

- Ability to manage the relationship with customers for 'all level staff'

- Result oriented

- Good team player whom can work well in a matrix environment

- Good language skills, English & Chinese (mandarin & cantonese)

- Excellent MS office skills covering excel and powerpoint etc
