Our client is a EU based MNC 3PL whom is inviting talent to join her Global Tender Management team to become one of the member stationing in her HK Office

Responsibilities: -

-        Coordinate for RFQ responses from company’s global key accounts

-        Analysing and compiling the RFQ responses from countries for final submission

-        Analysis of tender responses / hit ratios etc

-        Assist in ‘pre-tender’ preparation 

-      Support market intelligence on competitors’ pricing, capabilities, facilities, client base, products and services for competition analysis

-     Support and co-lead the regional submissions for global RFQ’s, distribute and collect material to and from the countries, screen quality and submit results to head office

Requirements: -

• Tender Management Experience with focus in freight forwarding RFQs
• Good skills in MS offices especially Excel.  Ability in using Access will be a definite advantage
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Minimum 5 years’ working experiences in freight forwarding industry / logistics industry, 3 years of which must be in pricing desk / tender management
• Communicative and with good influencing skills, able to create trustful relations in spite of cultural differences and geographical distance
