This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with knowledge in end-to-end integrated SCM, participating currently as part of a team to support day-to-day service integrity (monitor the performance versus the KPIs from customers' SLA signed) and the implementation projects to further his/her career in a globally-leading logistics company to apply his/her talent to different projects / customers' needs not only in traditional freight forwarding but also aspects like buyer consolidation, regional hub, local distribution etc as a total solution - full of FUN and learning opportunities!

Responsibilities

- Participate in the formulation of proper SOPs including the relevant documentations

- As a team player to take part in the implementation of new logistics services, not only the operational aspect but also the system (Supply Chain Tech - coordination ONLY with the relevant 'application owners' in the company with IT background)

- Support the account owners in the response in RFXs e.g. liaising with internal parties for the consolidation of relevant costs for air/ocean, warehouse and trucking, also the relevant IT setup (e.g. EDI linkage) costs etc

- Conduct Cargo Claims analysis, recommend actions to minimize recurrence

- To be assigned as the project owner with supervision from the direct manager

Requirements

- Degree holder or above, preferentially in Supply Chain, logistics or business majors

- 4 years of above working experience in logistics service providers, preferentially with engagement in integrated supply chain / buyer consol service offerings to customers in retail and consumer verticals (just preferential but not a must)

- Sound knowledge in the logistics operations systems

- Strong process mindset

- Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

- Travel is occasionally required

- Good English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).  Native Cantonese is by default possessed by the candidate
