Responsible to: Director

Job description:
• Provide all-around support to Director including meeting schedules, arranging appointments and travel plans
• Handle business correspondences, reports, presentations, proposals and other confidential and professional documents
• Handle incoming mails, emails and telephone calls in a professional manner
• Handle special or ad-hoc assignments as delegated by the General Manager
• Assistance in conference / Minutes Taking
• Coordinating travel and accommodation as required
• Willing to travel outstation/overseas as needed

Job requirements:
• Degree or above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office skills
• Demonstrated time management skills;
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team;
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, Thai would be an advantage
• Mature, presentable, well organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Certificate in Business Administration (desirable);
• Undertaking project management activities
• Be a self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Demonstrate initiative and self-motivator
