About the Position

In this position, you will work on diverse tasks, including but not limited to:

• Coordinating the management team's schedule
• Planning and organizing travel, appointments and bookings
• Completing different types of projects
• Handling all logistical matters to ensure that the management team's schedule runs smoothly
• Being a contact person to external partners
• Joining meetings to track action points, following up when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' working experience
• Self-driven and proactive
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Flexibility to travel and to work outside of regular business hours at times
