Job Description
Requirements:
- MSc Business Economics or equivalent
-
Knowledge or experience in estimating, scheduling, warehouse management, expedition, invoicing, production
-
Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) & English
-
MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), SQL Server query language (interesting, not a must)

Able to work independently and under pressure
-
Commercial flair Financial awareness
-
Didactical skills to train people ‘on the job’ or in classrooms in using software
-
Willing to travel (to Europe for education, within the ‘region’ for implementations)

Having a working experience in a production company is an advantage
Responsibilities:
-
Advise customers how to use the software and improve their overall workflow and how to manipulate the software.
- Answer customers questions that come in at the helpdesk
- Give remote, onsite and public demo’s and presentations about the software
- Assist sales people with their technical questions
- Learn as a ‘junior’ consultant in a project managed by a senior consultant and educate new junior consultants
- Manage projects and tasks of junior consultants
- Translate the software/ marketing material
- Discuss specific needs for the local market with the Belgian development team
