Job Description 

• Supervise the general accounting operation in comply with Hong Kong Accounting Standard and practices independently;
• Responsible for the periodical financial and management reporting and consolidation of accounts, budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, internal auditing, as well as proactively identifying and resolving finance and reporting issues;
• Ensure compliance with all the requirements as set in the Companies Ordinance and relevant compliance regulations; 
• In strategic business planning and analysis as a business partner, perform analysis on investment opportunities and risk exposure.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions and provide recommendations.
• Perform specific projects according to the needs

 Requirements

•  Degree holder in accounting, finance with accounting qualification or ACCA/ HKICPA or equivalent;
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Financial insitution, preferably gained from money lending firm.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Tax Rules and Companies Ordinance;
• Independent and excellent business acumen
• Good communication skills, assertive, proactive and able to monitor and perform multi-task
• Proven experience in dealing with PRC financial institutions, and Government authorities
• Excellent in English and Chinese including Putonghua
