Job Description
- Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash book and general ledger
- Verifying staff expense claims
- Assist to prepare month end schedules
- Perform inter-company recharges, reconciliation and confirmation
- Assist in timesheet / Employee Utilisation Report
- Assist in month end closing
- Support general administration affairs and secretarial matters
- Support management in administrative requests
3. Excellent English, Cantonese and Chinese language skills, verbal and written
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
5. Friendly, quick learning, independent, self-motivated, considerate, pro-active and good team player.
6. Excellent communication and organization skills; good time management for emergent issues and priorities.
