Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute education & training development strategies to meet the changing needs of the banking and financial industries in Mainland China. 
  • Plan and drive marketing activities and industry events to promote professional qualifications to the banking and financial industries, academia and professional bodies
  • Network with local and cross-region universities and banking associations to keep abreast of new banking & finance knowledge, programmes and best practices
  • Establish & maintain long-term relations with banks and financial institutions to identify the training and people development needs
  • Provide professional training & learning solutions for banks and financial institutions to enhance the competence of the human capital in the industry
  • Manage the programme development & evaluation system to ensure programme quality and enable programme participants to acquire knowledge in compliance with international benchmarks

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder, major in Human Resources & Training Management or Banking & Finance disciplines is preferred, ABP, AHKIB or CFMP is a plus
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in the banking & financial industries, and preferably with training & development experience. 
  • Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, resourceful, results oriented with good business acumen
  • Ability to work with senior management is a must
  • Excellent presentation and networking skills
  • Good command in English and fluency in Putonghua is a must.
  • Occasional travel to China when needed.
