We are looking for a replacement for an Accounting Manager, who is on Group level, overseeing Hong Kong, Dongguan, KunShan, Taiwan, Korea and Thailand Offices.

Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for all financial and accounting duties;
2. Leading the team for all AR, AP, Cash management, Tax compliance etc;
3. Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping for monthly, quarterly and year-end closing;
4. Monthly Consolidation Management Reports;
5. Produce Financial and Management Analysis Reports;
6. Assist Annual Audit exercise;
7. Other projects and ad hoc assignments;
8. Some travel will be needed, but not much.

To qualify, individuals must be:

1. Experience in audit firm after graduate and with MNC exposure in both large and medium sized companies;
2. Relevant experience in Manufacturing and Servicing industry. Perfectly in Machinery and or PCB products;
3. Strong PRC accounting experience and so in Asia Region;
4. Listed and non-listed companies experience would be an advantage;
5. Candidate need to be a flexible and smart person who could provide professional advice from time to time to the management;
6. Hands on experience and not just routine knowledge.
