We are looking for a talented Senior Design Architect for one of the leading international architecture practices in Hong Kong. In particular we are looking for candidates with a passion for creating innovative design through the use of advanced design software e.g. BIM software, Rhino and Grasshopper.

In particular they are looking for future practice-wide design leaders and therefore offering a unique opportunity in the current market.

Our client has a wide ranging portfolio of projects in the mixed use space which include high rise towers, retail malls and masterplans. They are also currently involved in a number of transportation schemes.

• The successful candidate should be a qualified (HKIA, RIBA or equivalent) or nearly qualified architect with strong experience in large scale project design. Ideally this will include mixed use work in China and South East Asia.

• Candidates must be proficient users of BIM software, Rhino and ideally Grasshopper and have a portfolio that demonstrates real design ability on complex projects.

• Experience on all phases of design is important but our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates with more of a focus on front end design work - competition work and earlier stage design development up to detailed design.
