Job Description

Responsibilities

-     Responsible for assisting the operation & management of Chinese Medicine Clinic located in Yan Chai Hospital

-     Promotion of the Chinese Medicine Clinic services

-     Data Analysis and Report Drafting

-     To develop and maintain good working relationship with Hospital Authority, Universities and project partners

Requirements

-     University graduate

-     With relevant management and administrative experience is preferable

-     Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English an advantage

-     Resourceful, self-motivated & excellent interpersonal & communication skills

-     Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office & Chinese word processing

-     Immediate availability is highly preferred

*      Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Executive Officer.
