Responsibilities

• Design strategy to promote parts and accessories
• Prepare parts quotation, handle customer enquiry and complaints
• Communicate with manufacturer and suppliers on parts ordering and related issue
• Ensure the department to follow the brand’s guideline on daily operation
• Follow up on parts logistic and stock keeping, tracing the delivery of ordered items
• Maintain reasonable stock level and accurate record
• Monitor warehouse tidiness and inventory control
• Work tightly with internal departments to smooth the operation
• Handle ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in European motor’s parts
• Valid Hong Kong driving license #1, #2
• Good use in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Less experience will also be considered as Assistant Parts Officer
