Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct process evaluation / study on new production material / production machine;
• Responsible for define / maintain the production work instruction/ procedure under ISO9001 certification requirement;
• Develop and optimize production process;
• Troubleshoot and conduct failure analysis on production process;
• Provide technical support, maintenance and training for internal operators/ technicians;
• Analyze production data and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Applied Physics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in electronics or manufacturing industry is preferable.
• Teamwork / dependable / ready to take responsibility for tasks.
• Familiar with SPC, QS9000, and TS16949 is preferable.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office.
