(Ref:SBSE/BSE/BSC)

• Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or building services related discipline.
• MHKIE / MCIBSE / MIMechE or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years (for SBSE) or 5 years (for BSE) relevant experience in building services coordination works.
• Experience in production of CSD and CBWD.
• Experience in using of BIM software is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience and / or qualification may apply for Building Services Co-ordinator (Ref: BSC) or Assistant Building Services Co-ordinator (Ref: ABSC).
