Job Description
A global project management and fit-out consultancy are looking to take on Construction Managers to work on high profile corporate office fit-out projects. Their clients include top tier banks, financial institutions and legal practices.
The company is looking for candidates who have significant on site project delivery experience within the high end corporate sector. Preferably candidates will have strong contractor side experience in Hong Kong and be comfortable tendering trade packages.
Technical knowledge and project management skills are also important and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget are required. These projects are quick turnaround schemes and require candidates to be excellent organisers and efficient communicators.
In return our client offers the opportunity to work with some of the leading Global blue chip companies and will also provide candidates with an extremely attractive salary package.
