Our client is a leading international multinational corporation with worldwide office presence.  Hong Kong is the regional HQ for Asia Pacific region. She is looking for suitable candidate for the Business Analyst role to manage / support all the in-house business applications of the corporation.

Job Duties:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritization.
• Develop solutions as per the approved application design framework.
• Ensure quality of the applications developed via well-developed test plans and test cases.
• Own the application project planning and the deployment management to ensure the agreed business requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain all required documentations, including and not limited to, application services topology, application and systems dependency diagrams, requirements document, application and database design documents, application development project plans, as-built document, support documents.
• Provide training to end users and Level 1 IT support team.
• Own and resolve issues with applications.
• Proactively monitor and maintain the Application & Database environments according to SLAs.
• Continuous improvement, upgrades, and enhancement on applications according to business needs.
• Work close with regional counterparts.
• Act as the Level 2 Application support.

Candidate Requirement

• Degree Holder  
• 10 years relevant ERP and / or HR project experience
• Fluent in Cantonese and English. Mandarin skill an advantage
