Responsibilities

• To act as the middle person between customer and supplier for delivery of highest standard of service.
• To help win business, the job holder has to ensure sufficient preparation is done for the team before meeting with customer in the buying season.
• Able to help buyers to decide on order placement independently.
• Perform every step on order follow up by communicating with buyers and suppliers independently.
• Keep abreast of market trend by visiting suppliers.

Requirement, Skills & Experience

• Form 7 graduate or Polytechnic of fashion textile / merchandising graduate is preferable
• 3 years garment merchandising experience in sizable buying office
• Experience in handling lingerie and nightwear product is a must
• Factory experience will be an advantage but not a must
• Can work independently
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Allegro, MS Words and Excel
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Sales-driven orientation
• Self-motivated, passionate, willing to learn and be a good team player
• Mature and able to work under pressure.
