SUMMARY:

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for providing support to all functions of our HK office, which supports Inkcups Asia. This position will be based in our Kwai Chung, Hong Kong office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Machine shipping

• Ink shipping

• Sample jobs for customers

• Plate etching

• Customer demos

• Provide quotations and work with customers to generate business

• Tradeshow support

• Assist with Inkcups logistics/shipping in territory

• Installation, training, and technical support for our customers

• Represent Inkcups in a professional manner

   

REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

• 2+ years of business experience

• Professional in phone etiquette, appearance and demeanor

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)

• The candidate is a confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment

• Demonstrate good attention to detail,logical decision making, and has a hands on approach

• Computer literate with all MS software skills

• Ability to lift approximately 15 – 20 lbs.

• Perform other related duties and projects, as required

• Travel as required
