Ideal candidate:

• Degree holder in business or marketing discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or account servicing 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, workflows and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, driven and graceful under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• Collaborative, aesthetic, willing to learn and take challenges
• Strong attention to details
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent command in both English and Mandarin is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing

 Job duties:

• Work with senior management in generating high quality, persuasive materials (proposal documents and presentations) that assist in winning new business and retaining accounts
• Work cooperatively with multi-disciplinary project teams, architects, consultants, clients and others
• Maintain effective communication and cooperation with and among these individuals
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
• Project management for all phases of proposal, including planning, designing, review and production
• Ensure that proposals satisfy all criteria as requested by clients
• Prepare competitive quotation and assist in client presentation
• Assist in business development with market research and maintain the marketing database
• Assist in mentoring marketing team daily operation
