Job description:
• Create and manages the development of a strategic sales plan
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve goal
• Determines and develops marketing communication activities
• Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends
• Develops strong partnerships with local organizations and key stakeholders to further increase brand/product awareness
• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Job requirements:
• Degree or above
• At least 3 years of minimum experience in leadership position in sales and marketing
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Must be flexible with the ability to sustain a high level of productivity and efficiency at all times
• Must display strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and administrative skills
• Must demonstrate strong managerial and leadership skills
• Adapt to change quickly and strong multi-tasking
• Proof of previous sales success would be an advantage
• Strong network of connections is an asset
