Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for providing technical support and assist the Tax Director in developing and strengthening the tax competency of the LVMH Group in the Asia Pacific regions.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in implementing tax optimization strategies in the Asia Pacific regions
• Keep abreast of latest tax policies, monitor and mitigate tax risk, especially transfer pricing
• Provide assistance to internal parties and ensure the Group is in compliance with local tax rules and regulations as well as in line with the Group's requirements
• Assist in managing tax / customs audits
• Work with various internal parties to provide tax advice regarding corporate and individual income tax issues in driving commercial solutions
• Conduct tax research and analysis

Key Requirements & Competencies

• University graduate in Accounting or Business related discipline
• A qualified accountant with minimum 5 years' experience with a sizable CPA firm, preferably Big Four.
• Exposure in retail industry or multinational organization will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge in Asian and PRC tax related issues
• Station in Hong Kong but willing to travel occasionally
• Action and detail oriented, managing tight deadline and ad hoc requests
• Proactive in meeting business needs and supportive as a team player
• Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Must be able to manage multi-cultural environment
• Candidate who has less experience but with potential will be considered for the Tax Manager position
