Job Description

Project Manager/ APM

Duties:

  • Execute projects including on-site supervision, progress monitoring, quality control, and cost control, etc.
  • Responsible for overall project planning, co-ordination and management of site works
  • Liaise on all matters relating to environmental management
  • Handle and entertain all documentation, correspondences and meetings with the Clients and its representatives and consultants
  • Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project

 Requirements:

  • Certificate/ Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management or related disciplines
  • Membership of professional bodies such as BEAM Pro is an advantage
  • Knowledge of BEAM plus is preferred
  • Min. 5-7 years solid experience in fitting out/ building/ A&A project with min. 2-3 years in management level
  • Strong technical background and site experience
  • Strong problem solving and analytical ability
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Experience in environmental management field is an advantage
  • Less experience may be considered as APM

  

Marketing Manager (Interior Design)

Duties:

  • Develop and present design concept according to client’s requirement
  • Maintain existing client’s relationship and explore new clients
  • After-sales services through meetings and follow-up works

Requirements:

  • Certificate/ Diploma/ Polytechnic or TI graduate in Interior Design, Architectural Studies or in Design field education
  • Minimum 6-10 years relevant experience in related market
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in supervising a team will be an advantage
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop is a MUST
  • Good knowledge of detailed drawing & shop drawing preparation is a MUST
  • Fluency in English will be an advantage
  • Good team spirit, detail-minded, independent, self-motivated and willing to work overtime

  

Interior Designer/ Assistant Interior Designer

Duties:

  • Act as interior designer for variety of A&A and fitting-out projects
  • Liaise and coordinate with client’s architects / designers and project teams for completion of design work or to covert clients’ design concept / drawing into shop drawing / detailed drawing to sub-contractors for production

Requirements:

  • Certificate/ Diploma/ Polytechnic or TI graduate in Interior Design, Architectural Studies or in Design field education
  • Minimum 4-6 years relevant experience in interior design or fit-out contracting firm
  • Experience in supervising a team will be an advantage
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop is a MUST
  • Good knowledge of detailed drawing & shop drawing preparation is a MUST
  • Fluency in English will be an advantage
  • Good team spirit, detail-minded, independent, self-motivated and willing to work overtime
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer

 

 Assistant Accounting Officer

Duties:

  • Handle cheque payment and data entry;
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements;
  • Maintain fixed assets register;
  • Prepare accounting breakdown for analysis;
  • Handle petty cash claims;
  • Handle ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

  • LCC & I third level or Diploma or above;
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting,  preferably construction or engineering field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Familiar with Flex Account is preferred but not a must;
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk.
