Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of import and export shipping documents
• Good knowledge in handling shipping documents and operations
• Coordinate logistics arrangement with forwarder
• Contact with customers and overseas offices
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in logistics / supply chain management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in trading or manufacturing companies is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, knowledge of trade link , SAP is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Meticulous, responsible, proactive, positive, good working attitude and team player
