Job Duties :

• Coordinate with suppliers & internal parties to ensure daily logistic operations in timely & accurate schedule;
• Ensure import & export compliance & meet deadline;
• Develop & implement logistic strategies to improve operational efficiency;
• Monitor shipment schedule and related custom declaration;
• Negotiate price and terms with forwarders and agents.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Logistic / Supply Chain Management;
• Minimum 5 years shipping experience in trading firm;
• Good knowledge in I/E procedure & regulation, L/C & banking document handling and Tradelink declaration;
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel & iTrader system;
• Good leadership, strong problem solving skills, independently;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferable.
