Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate management education and training programmes
- Liaise with lecturers, course leaders and overseas institutional partners
- Handle enquiries, provide support to lecturers and course leaders and other administrative duties
- Build and manage constructive relationships with overseas institutional partners
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours
Requirements
- University graduate, post-graduate qualification is a merit
- At least 8 years’ work experience
- Experience in the higher education sector preferred
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Highly motivated with strong initiative and multi-tasking ability
- Proficient in IT skills
Applicants with less experience would be considered for appointment as Senior Programme Coordinator
