Job Duties:

• Assist Product Managers in preparing marketing program logistics and ensure the programs to be executed timely
• Communicate with vendors for key commercial term and conditions
• Provide administrative support to the Department
• Assist in ad-hoc projects whenever needed
• Occasionally outdoor work is required
  

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with science background is preferred
• 2 years relevant experience is preferred
• Willing to do, hardworking, responsible & able to work independently
• Good knowledge in computer software, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese typing
• A good team player who is mature, service-oriented and detail-minded
• Immediate available is highly preferred
