Duties

• To provide clients with various financial and investment services, such as, securities and futures, mutual funds, asset management, premium financing, etc.
• To achieve an appropriate balance between risk and return, and provide consistent and high quality risk management control to their clients
• To identify operational risks, and provide support and advice on risk management issues for senior managers
• To work with different world-wide financial intuitions to satisfy clients’ financial objectives
• To build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in order to understand and service their needs and targets

Trainings and supports

• In the first 6 months of employment, qualified applicants will receive a series of training programs which emphasize on

a. Products and current market overviews

b. Presentation and interpersonal skills

c. Technical analysis

d. Practical and professional client-consulting training

• Experienced mentors will work closely with qualified applicants until they reach senior levels
• Outstanding trainees will be promoted to junior management level after one year of service

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Must have HKID
  
• IANG candidates are also welcome
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must (Speaking in Mandarin is an advantage)
• Positive mindset, self-motivated individual, and willing to take challenges
• Able to learn and think quickly and independently
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
