About the Role:

• Focus on the strategic product development, project planning and implementation to achieve financial targets.
• Identifying, designing and implementing various product development initiatives.
• Generate product insights, prioritize product ideas, test price sensitivity, to ensure the marketability of new products
• Perform competitive analysis and gather market intelligence

About You:

• Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years experience in product development with strong exposure in insurance industry;
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and control in diversified distribution channels;
• Exceptional business acumen and proven ability to communicate and persuade at all levels of the organization;
• Proven results in leading cross-functional teams and able to work under pressure;
• Strong analytical abilities and creative energy; and
• Ability to be self-driven, show initiative and motivate others.
