About the Role:

• Oversee planning, production and execution of events
• Assist in the definition and creation of event goals
• Pre-event consultation and planning, venue selection, agenda development and event flow, event promotion and registration, printing and shipping, budget management, related travel arrangements, staffing, event follow-up and reporting
• Assist in marketing collateral production
• Manage ATL& BTL campaigns development and implementation
• Liaise with vendors for productions

About You:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in event marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study.
• Demonstrated success in event management and project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
