Report to:         Head of Design

Location:          Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

The Job:

• Assisting on marketing activities globally, communicating and coordinating between the design and commercial teams to effectively work on projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with distributors worldwide and provide support in marketing campaigns.
• Trade Show organization and coordinating between logistics, design & sales teams to arrange inventory and logistics where required.
• Preparing and updating marketing and sales collaterals including product presentations, sales pitches, product catalogues, collaborations and monthly newsletter.
• Maintain and manage the internal marketing database for product imagery and marketing materials.
• Organize & conduct market research where necessary.
• Manage image, product and sample requests.

Requirements – Skills and abilities

• Bachelor degree in design, marketing, communications or related discipline
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, preferably English native speaker
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign a MUST
• 1-2 years relevant experience or fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity when dealing with international external parties
• Overseas education an advantage
