Responsibilities:

• Develop key strategic alliance partners based on the total revenue and partnership between two companies
  
• Review and revamp where necessary internal workflows in order to improve overall efficiency
• Maximize supplier rebates from various vendors, while balancing two companies’ interest
• Minimize the on-hand stock while match client’s expectation, take timely actions to clear slow moving stocks
• Help building relationship with strategic alliance partners via arranging networking gathering and regular team on team planning session
• Organize vendors event, e.g. seminar, forum, announcement, etc.
• Work on promotion material preparation e.g. eDM, Digital Marketing, etc
• Perform ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Sciences or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with sizable firm
• Possess core competencies, including business acumen, relationship building, analytical ability, project management and customer focus
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant General Manager
