Job Description:

-Follow-up on sales & purchase orders, quotations

-Responsible for clerical duties, data input and, handle phone calls

- Support to purchasing and sales department, follow up on stocks and assist in monthly stocktaking

- Perform any other ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

- Form 6 or above - Proficiency in MS Office Skills, computer knowledge and numeric sense

-Strong communication skills, initiative, well organized, responsible and good team player

- 9am-6pm, 6 days work

- Immediate available is preferred
