Our client, a well-known financial group, is searching for Customer Services Representatives ( Call Centre ) who are enthusiastic, hardworking and feel happy to help their customers feel valued and well-attended.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide top-notch service to customers;
• Treat all customers courteously, efficiently and professionally;
• Attain a thorough working knowledge of all product information;
• Obtain and forward customers’ feedback information to suggestion tracking;
• Coordinate with other departments;
• Research and deliver the best resolutions to customers’ issues.

Job Requirements :

• F.5 Certification / Diploma or above;
• 3-5 years of experience in a hot-line, counter service or call centre environment;
• Able to listen attentively and provide excellent customer services;
• Experience in financial institution is advantageous, such as IFA or Banking, ,,,etc,;
• Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills;
• Holder of IIQE certification is a great advantage;
• Good communication skill in Cantonese and fair English/ Putonghua;
• Senior Candidates will be considered as Senior Customer Services Representatives.
